100% pure | fruit pigmented lip glaze

I think I can safely say that we’ve all, at one point in our life, been guilty of obsessively licking our lips because our balm tastes so good.

I’m not so sure, however, that I’ve ever tasted a lippie as good (and good for you!) as 100% Pure’s Fruit Pigmented Lip Glaze in “Seduce.”

{I picked up 100% Pure’s Fruit Pigmented Lip Glaze in “Seduce” at Rainbow Grocery in San Francisco. It cost $15.}

This is one of the two first products I’ve ever tried/purchased from 100% Pure. (I also picked up the mascara, to be reviewed later!)

I chose “Seduce” for its subtle “my lips but better” color, which translates to a creamy pinky-coral shade. It looks natural yet offers a decent pigmentation, glides on smoothly (you really don’t need a lip balm underneath this color thanks to the moisturizing base of avocado and cocoa butter) and, most important of all, smells and tastes like a fresh fruit smoothie.

Seriously, my first impression of this lippie, upon opening it, was that OH MY GOSH THIS SMELLS SO GOOD.

Rarely do I write in all caps on my blog, so I hope you know I’m dead serious here.

We can thank the following ingredients for this burst of flavor, sweet aroma and beautiful, natural color:

Organic Avocado Butter, Organic Cocoa Butter1, Contains all or some of the following Fruit Pigments: Organic Cherry, Organic Plum, Cabernet Grape, Organic Raspberry, Organic Blueberry, Organic Blackberry, Organic Peach, Organic Apricot, Organic Tomato, Organic Pomegranate, Organic Cacao (chocolate), Organic Rose Petals, Organic Lavender Flower and Organic Cinnamon, Organic Shea Butter, Organic Rosehip Oil, Organic Mango Butter, Vitamin E (a-tocopherol), Vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate), May contain Mica (natural shimmery mineral)

Final Verdict: I will easily purchase another 100% Pure lippie (they carry glazes, glosses, creamsticks, balms and butters).

Only hurdle for me is getting my local Whole Foods to carry the line! I purchased “Seduce” while on vacation, and I’m kicking myself for not getting a handful of different colors. I’ve got my eye on Popsicle, Watermelon, and Lychee!

Have you tried anything from 100% Pure? What should I go after next (or avoid!). Tell me in the comments section!
