In the dull of January, you can easily find some pops of color in the alleyways of Kansas City’s Crossroads neighborhood.
That’s where my fab photog girl Denene and I met up for some pics a few weeks back to test my will against the cold weather to get the perfect shots in my faux leather shorts against this bright background.
I think we succeeded.

With every shoot I do with Denene (see past photo sessions here, here, here, here, here, here and here), she and I get so much better in terms of photos, models and overall chemistry.
It comes out in the final pictures, and I’m so thrilled to be working with her — even if it’s in the alley in the Crossroads
