Last week started out with unseasonably warm weather that allowed me to go bare-legged and open-toed before having to bust out my heavier coat at the end of the week (remember this Instagram?).

I wore this little getup (my first dress purchase from Donna’s Dress Shop — I tend to frequent the jewelry there, but couldn’t pass up this seafoam-green number!) to work last Monday.
I must thank my mama for allowing me to jack her slim-fitting denim jacket; I rely on this piece to both dress up and dress down several outfits. I often pair it with work slacks to give my look a more relaxed feel, or I’ll make a flirty dress a little more structured and covered up.

Can you tell I’m completely drawn to this seafoam/teal/turquoise color family? More evidence here, here and here.
