If there’s one person I know who likes to have a wild good time at work, it’s my boy Prentiss.
Whether I’m passing by him in the hallway, tweeting with him on Twitter or exchanging emails to get ‘ish done, I know that I can always rely on Prentiss for the positive, low-drama spin on pretty much everything.
I also know I can rely on him (as well as the other stylish young men downstairs) to set a good example of how to dress well for the young professionals who frequent our office.
Besides being impressed by how put-together Prentiss always looks (the man can rock a T-shirt and jeans as well as a button-down and blazer like none other), I’m constantly wowed by his huge involvement in the Kansas City philanthropic community.
About a month ago, Prentiss mentioned to me this weekend’s upcoming Masquerade Ball (he’s serving on the masquerade court) that is sure to be the classiest, most amazing Halloween party in the city.
This year’s theme is “Where the Wild Things Are” — there’s just a few tickets left if you are still stumped on what to do this weekend!
Of course I RSVP’d for the teacher man and myself to join him, his lady and a table full of friends at this epic event in support of the First Hand Foundation, a nonprofit organization that aids the families of sick children get the health and medical attention they need and deserve.
We sincerely hope you’ll snatch up the remaining tickets to the First Hand Foundation’s 2012 Masquerade Ball. It’s sure to be a fun-filled night of glitz, glamour and too many wild things to count.
And if you can’t figure out what to wear this weekend, you can check out past masquerade balls for inspiration on how to bring out your inner wild thing.
For now, I hope you’ll be inspired to rock the mature, casual and clean look that Prentiss owns every day of the week.
