Bravo!

So, what does that even mean? Here’s a breakdown of how the money raised can be used:

$500 — One month’s rent for a family moving into their new apartment
$250 — Three months of meals for a woman and her child
$200 — One night of safe shelter for a woman and her child
$50 — One month supply of diapers for a new baby in shelter
$50 — A pet’s first week of shelter, food and vet care
$10 — One week’s worth of after school snacks for a child in shelter
$10 — Collection of basic toiletries for a family entering shelter

As you can see, your participation in this fashion, beauty and shopping event truly made a difference in the lives of Kansas City women, children and pets.

Thank you for your support. What a way to kick off the fall 2012 season.
