Alas, here’s a few pictures from the actual runway show inside Helzberg Hall at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.

Giuliana Rancic opens up the evening by sharing her own personal story with battling breast cancer to an audience of patrons attending Fashion for a Cause in support of women’s health services at Truman Medical Center.

Giuliana introduces this year’s honorary chairs Michelle Twibell, Chuck Matney and Leslie Brett.
